Hold me close and don’t let me go
I don’t know how I lost control
Just take me in your arms
And fill me with your love again
And catch me when I fall
Hear me when I call out your name

But you tell me it’s alright
That life is worth the fight
And you catch me when I fall
You hear me when I call out your name

You always know just what to say and I love the way
Your smile makes me feel
And I know there will come a day when you see I’ve changed
The past under the bridge
But until that day I will call
I call out your name

*Name-"This was the last of the vocal tracks we recorded at Cherokee. I left the rest of the guys eating dinner across the street. The lights were off, candles lit, the mood was set. I warmed up my voice, took off my shoes and socks, put my headset on and closed my eyes. Justin asked me what I wanted to do. He hit record and the answer I gave him is on the track. The sound after that is Jeff’s guitar plugging into his amp. I sang this song 3 times from start to finish. This song is about feeling lost or getting to the end of your rope and realizing that some one is always there for you. It might be your mother, father, wife husband, friend, or God. All you have to call is call out their name and they will be right by your side."- Dax

"This always brings out the best in Dax when we play it live. My contribution was the bridge section, one of my favorites. The descending chromatic line at the end of the bridge just kills me because it’s sort of like an emotional collapse in musical form. It follows the vibe of the lyrical content perfectly. Those are my favorite moments as a writer."- Jeff
